The company is managed by a nine member, all volunteer Board of Directors who meet at the office the third Saturday of every month at 10:00 am. Shareholders are always welcome at the monthly meetings. An Annual Shareholder's Meeting is held in November of each year and all shareholders are encouraged to attend.
